Direkt am Grün mit besonderer Ambiente im ehemaligen Verwaltungsgebäude des früheren Textilunternehmens Hettlage. Der herausragende Bau der Architekten Knocke/Stuckenbrock aus dem 70 er Jahren gewann schon damals einen Architekturpreis. Der Münsteraner Architekt Sven Winkelmann hat diese Ikone ihrer Zeit mit viel Gefühl und zeitgemäß modernisiert. Es ist ihm gelungen, den ursprünglichen Charakter zu erhalten, ohne auf Komfort zu verzichten. So entstand K9 - das besondere Wohngefühl am Stadtrand von Münster.
